It is medically recommended that we start drinking at least 2 liters per day to give our skin a bright, noticeable change in less than a week, and if you continue doing this, you’ll age with grace, i Mean you can be 50 and look like someone in his or her 30’s without going through any surgery.

Avoid the Sun:

The sun is one of the biggest source of Energy on earth! Thank Jesus Christ for the sun, it’s benefits are too numerous to mention. Yes, even health wise, because the sun is one of the greatest source for vitamin D.
if you want the original Vitamin D, then it is medically advised that you sit under the morning sun, which starts from 7am to 9am. It is also very good for the skin.
However avoiding the sun after this time is very essential to maintaining a good looking skin. The UV rays poured down from the sun are quite strong and they not only damage the texture of the skin, but even does more harm. Studies have shown that been over-exposure to these rays can result in skin cancer. Avoid the sun especially from 10 am to 2 pm as the sun rays can get really harsh, and this is a must for even normal skin care.

Skin Hydration:

Skin Hydration is one of the most important tips you should not overlook, if you want a glowing skin. It is very important for you to know the advantages of skin hydration, if you want to get that glowing skin,
It is medically prove that Hydrating the body from inside and outside is important. You can hydrate the skin twice a day, which is the recommended measure.

Studies have shown that the stress hormones in the human body leads to excessive oil production which will result in white heads.
Some of the surest way of beating stress and living a stress free life is; Running, having a warm bath and a short sleep.
These tips will go a long way in helping you to reduce stress and get rid of acne. It is medically recommended that you get at least, 7 to 8 hours of sleep, before you can get an active mind and glowing skin.
